Hi, I'm Emily. I am a service designer, researcher, and strategist based in New York City.
I have a decade of experience helping organizations identify & take action on opportunities to better serve people, whether by removing systemic challenges or dreaming up new visions.
Using human-centered design, I help teams find meaning, connection, and direction within uncertainty. I enjoy gathering people in authentic, laughter-filled spaces that spark inspiration. Impact through implementation is my rallying cry, but I find value in all aspects of the design process, from discovery to delivery.
